Illustration Friday: Expired

Image
My drawing for this week's Illustration Friday topic: Expired. This illustration represents artist block. Sometimes your brain gets tired & old and you just need a reboot to break the block. Feel free to leave a comment. ~KMR

Postcard Concept

Image
A postcard concept promoting both my blog and my style of art. By the way, that is NOT me in the picture. It's just an artist I drew. ~KMR

Storyboard Frames

Image
I have three new and improved storyboard frames for a Power O's commercial concept. Enjoy! ~KMR

Illustration Friday: Subterranean

Image
My illustration for this week's Illustration Friday topic: Subterranean. Another arcade game parody. This time for Dig-Dug. Perfect for the topic. I sketched the characters in my sketchbook first, then drew them on Photoshop. Background effects also done on Photoshop. Will upload the original pencil sketch later on this weekend. ~KMR. Dig-Dug and other related characters are owned by Namco.

Illustration Friday: Brave

Image
An early drawing for this week's new Illustration Friday topic: Brave! This drawing is an homage to the classic arcade game, Frogger. In the game, you take control of a frog and get him across the stage without getting hit by traffic, or accidentally jumping off the log at the wrong time. So I drew a brave frog getting across the road. Neat, huh? ~KMR

Illustration Friday - Perspective

Image
To make up for last week's absence of an Illustration Friday drawing, I'm coming back with a brand new drawing for this week's topic: Perspective. It's got a little political flavour to this one. ~KMR

New Storyboard Concepts - Part 2

Image
Here's the rest! In other art-related news, expect another long-awaited Illustration Friday drawing later today. ~KMR
