This is Solar Man from the upcoming game, Mega Man 10. I like the look of him, especially the concept of using sun-powered energy from his head as a weapon.

In the game, you take control of a frog and get him across the stage without getting hit by traffic, or accidentally jumping off the log at the wrong time.
